Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary Glaze

Pork Tenderloin, available from our vendor Papillon Farm, tender with a nice rosemary glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs Pork Tenderloin from Pappllon Farm
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz rosemary jelly
  • 2 oz dry white wine

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl
  • Place pork in a baking dish just larger than the roast.
  • Rub seasoning mix all over the roast
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for one hour
  • Pour rosemary glaze over pork roast and continue baking until internal temperature of the roast is 165 degrees basting every ten minutes

For the Glaze:

  • In a small sauce pan over low heat, combine rosemary jelly and wine
  • cook slowly on low heat to make a smooth glaze

Notes

Slice and serve with sliced tomatoes and zucchini
