There was an error in the form that prevented submission if a url was entered in the url box that it didn't like. I have fixed that so it will take pretty much anything you enter. Please try the form again, it will help us greatly. https://www.depotstreetfarmersmarket.com/2021/04/07/vendor-survey/

Hello vendor family! If you are receiving this email, your application has been approved. This is shaping up to be a big season for our market! We have 29 vendors registered as of April 7. (Any applications submitted after this date will be put on a waiting list.)

Below is some important information for you. Please let us know if you have questions!

  • Vendor spaces: We have a full lot of vendors this year and we will provide one parking space per vendor. You will pull your vehicle into the space and set up your product display directly behind your vehicle. Your space will be assigned to you and you will stay in the same space all season. This enables your regular customers to easily locate you! There are a few spaces that are too small for vehicle and tent, these will be reserved for guest vendors and civic organizations. These folks can pull into the lot, unload their equipment and then park across the street.
  • Equipment: You will need to bring any equipment needed for your setup: tent/umbrella, tables, chairs, etc. PLEASE bring weights for your tent/umbrella. A gusty wind can pick up your shelter and cause injury and damage!
  • Saturday hours are 9 am to 1 pm. Please be in your space by 8:30 am - With a full lot, we need to be extra careful driving in! Most everyone settles in by 8 am to begin setup. (Tuesday market will begin at 3 pm, please be in your space by 2:30)
  • If you can't be there...Let us know by Friday evening (if possible) if you will not be at market that Saturday with a quick phone call or text to Heather 423-525-2621 or Mary 423-342-7006
  • Legal stuff: Please see this link for Tennessee guidelines concerning the products you plan to sell: tn guidelines
  • Meat vendors and plant vendors must have a copy of their state license on display at their booth in the event an inspector makes a visit.
Special thanks to:
